Working principle of spray booth 


The outside air passes through the primary filter gauze. After its filtration, it is transferred to the roof by the blower fan, then secondly filtered through the top filter gauze and purified before entering the booth. The air in the booth employs Completely-Down mode and flow down with the wind speed of 0.3m/s, so as to prevent the tiny particles of paint mist from remaining in the air and make them directly enter into the bottom wind outlet to discharge out of the booth. The renewal times of fresh air in the booth reach 281 times within one hour, and the air exchange capacity may be 18000 m3 per hour, which can guarantee absolutely pure and fresh air in the booth and consequently a safe and healthy working environment.

After the primary filtration, the outside fresh air exchanges heat with the heat exchanger. It is transferred to the top air chamber of the paint-baking booth by the blower fan, then secondly filtered and purified. Under the action of air door's internal circulation, a little fresh air was inhaled but the most part of hot blast air continues to be heated up and utilized. It enters the paint-baking booth to enable the interior temperature to rise gradually. The hot blast air enters into the paint-baking booth at 0.15m/s. When the temperature rises to the set value, the burner will stop automatically.      Likewise, when the temperature drops to the set value, the blower fan and the burner will start up automatically to make the interior temperature keep stable. Finally, when the paint-baking time reaches the set time, the paint-baking booth will close down automatically to make an end of baking paint.
