Manufacturer Qingdao KWALT Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd.

Model KT-50T2 Rated load 50T

7. Dynamic overloadEN1494 B.1.1h

For the following test the pressure relief valve of hydraulic and pneumatic jacks shall be neutralized. Position the

jack vertically and apply a vertical load of 125 % of the maximum possible load in all other cases.

7.1 Can the lift hydraulics be adjusted so the lift can raise rated load, but not raise 125% rated load.

This is the normal operational setting to avoid overload in normal use.

Pass

7.2 Can the jack be capable of lifting and lowering this load through its entire stroke as for intended

use

Pass

8. Static overloadEN1494 B.1.1g

Lift the lift pad without the load to half stroke position. Expose the jack positioned vertically to a vertical load of 150 % of the maximum possible load. Carry the load and sustain it for a period of 15 minutes and to lower it.

8.1The tested jack shall be dismantled to check that:

Is there have the permanent deformation has occurred in any part?                                             Pass

Notes: Work well and no deformation.

9. Over travel deviceEN1494 B.1.1j

Operate the jack without load 10 times to the upper position until the over travel device is operating.

9.1Check the jack. Is there have any permanent deformation of any part is permissible?             Pass

Notes: The over travel device is the limit slot. See below photo.

10. Pressure relief valveEN1494 B.1.2b

There shall the device to prevent load more than capacity of jack

10.1 Is there have the device to prevent load more than capacity of jack?                                  Have

10.2 Expose the jack to a load according to the set pressure of the pressure relief valve plus 5 %. The

jack shall not be capable to lift this load but shall be able to sustain it                                          Pass

10.3 Pump the jack up to its full stroke without the load until the pressure relief valve operates. This

test shall be performed 10 times in a row. Is there having any failure?

No failure of the pressure relief valve is admissible.

On devices with hydraulic limitation of the end position the test shall be performed at 2/3 of the full

stroke.                                                                                                                        Yes       Pass

10.4 Record the pressure of relief valve.

This pressure shall be recorded and shall not exceed 125 % of the rated load.                                Pass

Notes: The pressure relief valve has been used. And the pressure has been adjusted between 100 % and 125 % of the rated load.

11. Safety device against pipe damageEN1494 B.1.2c

Safety device against pipe damage

11.1 Arrange a simulated leak in the hydraulic pipework and measure the height at which the load

descends. Maximum permissible descending height is less than 100mm                                0 mm

11.2 It shall not be possible to reoperate the jack by the normal controls until proper measures are

taken                                                                                                                                      Pass

Notes: There are no hydraulic pipes. And when the pneumatic pipes leakage, the jack can not descend. See the pneumatic diagram.
