Model KT-50T2 Rated load 50T

1. General overview of jack and photographic survey

1.1 Consider the jack as a whole. Are there any unusual design features or hazards which need

assessment outside this report? If so, note them below and add further information to TF.    No

Notes: There aren’t any unusual design features or hazards which need assessment outside this report.

1.2 Photograph of Whole jack from Front

1.3 Photograph of Whole jack from Side

1.4 Photograph of Whole jack from behind

2. Documentation

2.1 Evidence of continuing compliance available?

Current and valid ISO9001:2008 certificate or Fm 210-010/011. Add to TF     Pass

2.2 Copies of manual provided?

Add to TF     Pass

2.3 Is the jack complete and the same as the one described in the manual and drawings?

Check model number, operator controls, electrical circuits, drawings    Pass

2.4 Is the jack the same as the model which will be sold? Pass

Notes: The jack is the same as the model which will be sold.

3. Preparation for load testing

3.1 Is jack safely and strongly bolted down?

Do not test if you think there is a danger jack will fall.       Pass

3.2 Do you have a safe way of loading the jack?

Do not test unless a safe way of loading can be provided.     Pass

3.4 If the jack collapses or the load falls whilst under test are you and other persons in a safe

Do not test if you feel that testing will not safe in all ways.      Pass

3.5 Do you have suitable weights for rated, 125 and 150% loading? Pass

Notes: The testing machines have the revised report. See TF 06 folder.

3.5.1 Photograph or other evidence (weighbridge tickets) that weights are accurate Done

4. Check of jack structural design EN1494 6.1.2 & 6.1.3

4.1 Do you have detailed mechanical drawings of all major structural parts of the jack? Pass

4.2 Do the drawings show all necessary dimensions to allow manufacture? EN1494 6.1.4b Pass

4.3 Is thickness of all sheet material specified? Pass

4.4 Is material specified (Q235, Q335)? Pass

4.5 Has the jack been manufactured to the drawings? Pass

4.6 Is the steel thickness within 0.3mm of thickness on drawing? Pass

4.7 Is the welding on the jack of good quality and as required in drawings? Pass

4.9 Test certificates are available e. g. for wire ropes, chains and hoses if used? Pass

4.10 Handles, carrying hooks, attachment loops or other means of attachment? EN1494 5.16 Pass

4.11There is no evidence of external leakage of hydraulic fluid? Pass

Notes: There are no any variations found from drawings.

5. Rated load

Place the rated load distributed as specified by the manufacturer on the jack and operate it through one complete cycle.

5.1 Record the maximum operating pressure in steady state for hydraulic and pneumatic. EN1494

B.1.1d 60 Mpa

5.2 While carrying the rated load. The average speed shall not exceed 0,15 m/s; EN1494 B.1.1e

Measure raising speed 1.6 mm/s                   Pass

5.3 Leave the jack, still carrying the rated load, fully raised for 10 min. Generally this descend shall

not exceed 2 mm. Measure and record the vertical descend of the jack in this time--- 1mm    Pass

6. Strength test EN1494 B1.3b

The jack shall be capable to lift, to stop and to lower in that condition:

1) The rated load 50 times

2) Over the full stroke at a temperature of (23 + 5) °C.

3) With the height adaptation spindle turned to the lowest position.

Between each lift, there shall be a pause of 5 minutes. Lubrication after 10 strokes is allowed.

6.1 After maintaining the rated load for 2 minutes, measure the height after the last lift.

This height shall be such that it proves that the nominal stroke quoted by the manufacturer is

achieved with an acceptable tolerance of -2 mm.      0 mm                      Pass

6.2 Photographs Done
